Rental Rates

Applicants should not pay more than 36% of their income for rent. Full-time students are not eligible to participate in the Low Income Housing Tax Credit Program, except in specific circumstances. Details will be provided upon request.

The current rental rates are:

One Bedroom:      $748 - $800
Two Bedrooms:    $834 - $910
Three Bedrooms:  $1,025 - $1,145
