Affordable housing offers qualifying applicants the opportunity to live in an apartment community that might otherwise be beyond their financial means. River Place Towers participates in the Low Income Housing Tax Credit Program (LIHTC), an Affordable Housing Program. This program was created and is administered by the Internal Revenue Service and makes apartments available at affordable rates to renters who meet specific income guidelines. We must verify all income to ensure that applicants meet the Affordable Housing Program’s qualification standards.

Rent at River Place Towers is determined by pre-set income limits for the area, not on individual household income. Applicants who receive housing assistance may qualify for residency.
